Jacob Morocho

Director / Coach

Jacob Morocho is a collegiate lacrosse player at Nassau Community College (NCC) and the Club Director of Pantera Lacrosse Club. Known for his leadership, work ethic, and passion for the game, Jacob is dedicated to developing athletes both on and off the field.

As the Offensive Coach, he focuses on building strong offensive systems, improving player IQ, and helping athletes develop confidence and creativity in game situations. As Club Director, Jacob is committed to creating opportunities for players of all backgrounds by providing structured training, competitive experiences, and a positive team environment.

Donte Thornhil

Directive Assistant / Coach

Donte Thornhill is a collegiate lacrosse player at the University of Mount Saint Vincent (UMSV), known for his athleticism, work ethic, and competitive mindset. As a dedicated player, he brings intensity and discipline to both practices and game situations, consistently striving to improve and perform at a high level.

Donte will serve as the Defensive Coordinator and Director’s Assistant for Pantera Lacrosse Club, where he will play a key role in developing defensive systems, mentoring players, and helping lead the overall structure of the program. His passion for the game and commitment to player development make him a valuable part of the coaching staff.


Coaching Assistant

Francesco Velez

Francesco Velez is a collegiate lacrosse player at Nassau Community College (NCC) and a representative of Colombia in international competition. Known for his toughness, technique, and consistency at the faceoff position, Francesco brings a high level of skill and competitive experience to the field.

As Pantera Lacrosse Club’s Faceoff Coach, he focuses on developing players’ fundamentals, reaction time, and situational awareness at the X. His experience competing at both the collegiate and international level allows him to provide valuable insight and mentorship to athletes looking to elevate their game.
